Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

Shipping is free on all United States domestic orders (includes Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories). 

Shipping is free after $100 on all International orders. 

**Please note that tracking information is available for all United States orders. International orders do not include tracking information, however, if item is not received by estimated delivery date (see below), please reach out to us so that we can follow up.**

Once you have confirmed your order, it might not be possible to edit or cancel it. If there is an error on your order, or if there is any information that needs to be updated, please contact us immediately at contact@whiskersandfinch.com. We are not bound to make such modifications to your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis. 

Once your order has been indicated by the carrier to be delivered, it is your responsibility to either file a carrier lost shipment claim, or to contact us to do so. 

If carrier tracking indicates that a product was lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date so that we may file a written claim for the replacement or credit to your account. All such claims are subject to our investigation and sole discretion. However, we will always do our best to make it right, and ensure your product quality and delivery. 

 

Returns & Refunds

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. 

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to Whiskers & Finch. We will attempt to confirm an updated address with you and proceed to reship to you without any additional costs. 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to Whiskers & Finch. We will attempt to confirm an address and order with you, and proceed to reship to you without any additional costs.

Returns - Please contact Whiskers & Finch at contact@whiskersandfinch.com before returning any products. If there is buyers remorse, a complaint of product, or a sizing issue, please contact us and we will assist with making it right. We want you to love your product and will do our best to be attentive and expedite a solution for you. Each return action is determined on a case by case basis.

Design Flaws - If your product has any flaws in the printing, please contact us immediately so we can reship your item.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
