Where are you located?

We are happily, and proudly, located in bright and sunny Tucson, Arizona! All of our items are created and printed in the United States.

Are you actually real cat lovers, or are you just trying to make money off of my love of kitties?

Yes, yes we are. Cat lovers, that is. Not swindlers. You can head on over to read Our Story and here you can Meet Our Team, including our four cats! With pictures!

Are your cat shirts good quality?

All of our tees are printed on the best quality shirts. We chose a true-to-size unisex style for all of our cat shirts. They are made from very soft but durable 100% cotton (heathered colors may be made of a different blend), and each shirt has a size guide so you can rest easy knowing it will fit you right. Now that you know our apparel is premium quality, head on over and peruse our collection of Cat Lovers Tees to find all of the designs that are purrfect for you.

Do your items take forever to ship?

So you've probably been excited to purchase items in the past only to realize that shipping takes several weeks, right? Yea, so have we. We are very proud of the fact that all of our cat shirts, mugs, accessories, etc. are printed here in the US. They will also be packed with care and shipped from the US as well. This allows us to get your new items to you as quickly as possible. (Note that international orders may be packed and shipped from an International Partner.)

Do you ship internationally?

We do! Please be aware that we will ship using the most affordable carrier that is available at the time to keep costs lower for you.
Keep in mind that we don't ship orders to Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea (due to shipping restrictions). We ship internationally to all other countries!

I want free shipping, can I get that?

Yes, of course! We offer free domestic shipping on all orders above $40 and free international shipping on orders above $100.

When will I know my items have shipped?

Once your items have shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please see our standard shipping times below for each region. Allow roughly three days for processing time before shipment. If you have not received your tracking information after the three day processing window, please contact us for further assistance.

**Please note that tracking information is available for all United States orders. International orders do not include tracking information, however, if the item is not received by the estimated delivery date (see below), please reach out to us so that we can follow up.**

When will I receive my order?

We are a small business and since all of our shirts are printed when you order them in order to cut down on textile waste and reduce our economical impact, the standard printing process typically takes 3 days. Standard shipping times apply, which is typically 3-4 business days once shipped within the US.
For Canada please allow 3 days for printing, and 6-10 days for delivery.
For International allow 3 days for printing, and 5-20 days for delivery.

Do you charge more for plus sizes?

Absomewtly not! We believe every body is beautiful and unique and offer as many size options as possible without charging extra. If your size is not shown as available, please feel free to contact us and we will do everything in our power to get you the size you need.

How do I make sure I order the right size?

In the product description of each individual item there is a size guide. For example, there is a size guide featured on the individual page for each of our awesome cat shirts. If you have any questions regarding the sizing beyond what is provided there, please feel free to message us at contact@whiskersandfinch.com.

How often do new designs get released?

We strive to release new designs as often as possible! We do not have a set release schedule, so be on the lookout for our newest design drops. It helps to sign up for our email newsletter.

One of the designs I want is not available on a product that is in the store. How can I get it?

Message us and we can create a custom cat order for you of whichever design you desire on any product (on a case by case basis). We want to make sure your design and product match well, and that the end result will be one to purr over.

I have an idea for a design! Can I submit it to you?

Purr sure! Send us a message at contact@whiskersandfinch.com and we will happily review it! 

What is the return policy?

We have outlined our entire return policy on our Return Policy page. In short, due to the nature of our printing process returns are always accepted for defects, and on a case-by-case basis for other reasons. If you are unhappy with your purchase we will make every effort to make it right.

Is the packaging recyclable?

Yes! We care about the environment and helping to keep pollution down. The poly bags used in our packaging is are recyclable, low-density polyethylene, and fully FDA and USDA compliant.
